World Book Day - Optional Dress up - NO Football Kits/tracksuits Thursday 5th March is World Book Day. To celebrate, we will be doing lots of book themed activities throughout the day and taking time out to read our favourite stories. If your child would like to dress up they may come to school as a book character. We appreciate that not all of our children like to dress up. Therefore this is completely optional. If your child does not want to come as a book character they should wear school uniform as normal, pupils are not allowed to wear football kits or tracksuits. We will look forward to seeing some inventive costumes on the day and may even have a few prizes to give out too! Many Thanks, Mrs Chapman-Roberts

Education Business Awards 2017

The Education Business Awards event took place in London last week and we were delighted to pick up the Environmental Practice Award.  This award acknowledged our report to the Commons Select inquiry on the future of our parks. The report, Nature is Nurture, as featured on our website research page,  reinforced the idea that there is a huge, positive impact on children’s mental health when using outdoor space.
