The Battle of Hastings

Team Nemo have been learning all about the Battle of Hastings and how the Normans changed England forever. As part of our learning we made our own Bayeux Tapestry telling the story of the book we had read called The Cook and the King.

We then looked at how the Normans built lots of castles, used armour to keep safe and made colourful shields so they knew who their friends were in battle.
